Casein is a slow protein source that comes from milk and is gradually absorbed into the body over several hours.

Recommended use: Mix a scoop with 2-3 dl of water or milk in a shaker. Tip: For a creamy protein pudding, mix 2 scoops with 2 cups of water and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Will be incredibly good!
